Rock n' Roll!

Seriously, I have no words for this. It was heaven in my mouth.
I am obsessed with Rock Shrimp (I wrote a whole blog on Nobu's rock shrimp.)
This past weekend, I hit up LA hot spot, Katsuya, and dove right into this dish as soon as I spotted it on the menu. (tastes very similar to Nobu's but has a distinct twist to it. It's not as creamy but a little more crunchy) No questions asked.

Besides having my own rock shrimp appetizer (I don't like to share certain dishes), I decided to also try the Rock Shrimp roll, which is basically a small order of rock shrimp piled onto any roll of your choice. I went for the cucumber roll so I could get some veggies in me. (Hey, that's the way my mind works, yo).

5 days later, and I am still dreaming about it! Doesn't it look so pretty?? It's gourmazing!
